How do we calculate? Rates, materials and extras+
The calculator helps plan a budget; the company agrees a tailored quote after checking the scope. It uses effective company prices for your country, or labelled reference rates before publication. Blank rates remain to be agreed. Installation and fixture fitting use assumed hours. A rate you enter is your own assumption.
Materials are editable planning allowances, not supplier quotations. Tile waste defaults to 10%; change it, prices and budgets in the Scope step. Fixture allowances depend on selected quantities. Construction drawings and service inspections are not included.

Is this the final price?+
This is an indicative budget. The price depends on surfaces, services, access and materials. A binding quote follows a review of the scope.
What does the calculator include?+
Selected work with known rates, optional material allowances, extras, your contingency and tax addition. Hourly work without your own rate is marked to be agreed and the subtotal is partial. Each item is shown separately.
Can I buy the materials myself?+
You can exclude materials in the calculator. Before buying, let’s agree sizes, quantities and compatibility with the planned work.
How long does renovation take?+
Timing depends on scope, bathroom condition and material availability. We agree the schedule before starting, including drying periods.
Do you work in just one city?+
We work throughout the Netherlands. Include your location so we can discuss travel and availability. The Poland calculation is an additional planning scenario.
How does the business insurance work?+
Before work begins, we confirm the business insurance coverage and terms. The policy sets out the details, limits and exclusions.
Does the work come with a warranty?+
Yes. We set out the warranty duration, scope and terms in the contract before the renovation begins. We also agree how to report any defects.
