Questions before renovating.
Does the price per m² include framing, wool and boards?
The offer needs to state its scope. We specify framing, insulation, layers, joint finishing and materials separately so prices can be compared.
Do you also install attic and sloped linings?
Yes, you can request this work. We need slope measurements, photos of the structure and agreement on layers and junction details.
Are electrics included in the partition quote?
They can be included after agreeing point numbers, cable routes and connection work. They are not automatically included in the lining price.
