Questions before renovating.
Is the apartment floor area enough?
Floor area does not precisely describe walls and ceilings. Provide room dimensions or the surfaces to paint and photos of the substrate.
How many coats of paint are included?
We agree coat numbers and priming in the offer. Surface condition, colour and paint properties determine the required system.
Is joint finishing the same as smoothing entire walls?
These are different scopes. Specify whether you need joint treatment, local repairs or finishing of the full surface.
